  • Pork plate is always on point. The mac and cheese is waaaaay better than Mac's Speed Shop, probably my favorite in CLT. Smoked veggies are a treat, but I wish the portion were a little bigger. You have to ask for a sauce sampler plate if you want to try anything other than the basic vinegar sauce (which I find a little weak for my taste), but the hot, mustard and sweet are all solid.
