  • CUR is a complete joke. Like the other reviewers said, they are nice until you sign the lease and they get you under contract, then all hell breaks loose. The maintenance department is a joke and takes their time responding to maintenance request unless it is an emergency. They claim they are so busy, but every time I go to the office, half of the office is outside smoking cigarettes and not working. I moved in 3 weeks ago with half of the appliances broken and they are yet to be fixed. Also the house flooded my first week there because the line to the washer was never reconnected after the last person moved out. The house was not move in ready and they leased the property anyways. This is my first and last time renting with CUR.
