  • I have consistently received not only poor service but the worst food from this McDonalds but tonight put me over the edge prompting me to finally write a review. Tonight we ordered 2 meals a Big Mac meal and a Filet-o-fish meal. The fish was a brick! I have no idea how long it had been sitting prior to use but was completely inedible with barely any sauce. The Big Mac tasted stale as if old bread had been used. The fries were your typical re-heat and unsalted. Anyone that enjoys McDonalds knows there is nothing worse than old fries. I even questioned if they had given me a vanilla milkshake since it wasn't even mixed. The only thing enjoyed about this meal was the Dr Pepper which was forgotten as part of the order and had to be asked for. But I must say, the most entertaining of all was to open my Filet-o-fish box only to find a Big Mac inside and the fish sandwich in the Big Mac Box. To think these fast food workers campaign for $15 an hour and for your hard earned money give you a meal you wouldn't even feed your dog. Before resulting to social media to vent my frustrations I opted to call the business to give them an attempt to correct tonight's plethora of errors for the phone to only continue to ring unanswered.
