  • If you want a vasectomy, this is the place to go: Pros: -No requirement to speak to a doctor first. You have a 15 minute call with a nurse. Her only concern is that you don't want anymore children. She then books an appointment. When you arrive, you pay your $200 and then, for the first time, you speak to a doctor. -Very confident surgeon. Says he has done 2,000 vasectomies and I believe it. He chit-chats during the surgery. Cons: -The garbage bins, in the surgery room, were overflowing. Staff should have emptied them. -They gave me the wrong size jock strap. My stomach was hurting later in the day and so I looked up the size they gave me and it was for a smaller waist than the waist size I told them. I had to pay for a courier to pick up the correct size. Big factor: The pleasure sensation upon orgasm that I experience after the vasectomy is about 30% less. I went back to Dr. Hirshberg to tell him this. He seemed genuinely concerned. He said he "has never heard of this before". At this point, it looks like I will need to have a reversal.
