  • Terrible service. They do NOT offer one hour response time. That is a complete lie. They will answer or return your call within one hour. There is no service within one hour. I called their company at 3pm because our office had a leak in our bathroom. They told me if they could not make it by 5:30pm (our closing time), someone would be out at 8am the following day to fix the leak. The following morning at 10:00am I contacted them for a status update. A very rude girl over the phone kept repeating herself saying "you're on the books" over and over again. It was as if I was talking to a robot. They do not want to quote times once they realize they cannot keep to their word. I called again at 12:30pm and another guy kept saying the same things "on the books.. blah blah blah". We are a high volume business with only one bathroom. Its imperative that we have a restroom for our customers. Bottom line is this company is not reliable if you need them for an emergency. We weren't even looking for one hour turn around. How about a 24 hour response time? Is that too much to ask???
