This place has a lot of unique pieces and I was able to find everything I want to fill two living rooms. The gal who helped us was very knowledgable about the place and knew right where the pieces were when I described what I was looking for. It went well until they delivered my items. The delivery guys brought in the furniture and as they did I was checking for any damage. I found a large ding on the base of my new poker table. The felt on the table had also started bubbling up from being in the heat too long. These defects were no there when I viewed it at the store. The delivery guy wrote a note on my delivery paperwork, took some pictures, and said he called customer service for me to see if we could get someone out to fix it. The delivery guy left indicating someone would be calling me. No one called, so I called customer service. the customer service said that it was the responsibility of the customer to call not the delivery guys. They also said that I had to call while the delivery guys were still there. They tricked me and now I'm stuck with a damaged piece of furniture that I paid very good money for, because they won't repair it due to not following "procedures" that was supposedly explained to me at the store.....I don't recall the sales person saying anything about this process. Nevertheless, buyer beware that you don't let the delivery guys leave until you get customer service on the phone to deal with it.
