  • We were there on April 2, 2016 to look at a specific car. I found the sales staff was argumentative. Yes argumentative. I would never give business to a location where they are so disrespectful of potential clients. Also as a woman I would say that I was treated as no one but my husband was given all the courtesy and attention. They seem like they are in a rush, like they don't care and imagine starting a petty little argument on the show room floor over something showing complete disrespect. I was so embarrassed. Asked for a business card to call later about my experience but they don't have business cards. It does not bode well for High Park Nissan. I am not sure why they changed their name but they seem to have changed their level of respect. Never actually got to learn anything about the cars but learned I won't set foot back in this dealership ever again. Rudeness has no place in a family purchase of tens of thousands of dollars. Also I had a sense of sexism and I really did not like that feeling.
