  • I would never use this company again. I had my tires rotated one day. I picked up my car and began to drive on the freeway. I had to step on the breaks hard (driving about 65) and I felt a jerk and loud noise. I drove to the nearest tire shop, they put my car on the lift to check it out. They said whoever put your back tire on didn't tighten the lug nuts. They said I was very lucky my wheel didn't come off. I called Ted Wiens and told them what happened...all the manager said was oh sorry, we have a new guy, someone should have checked his work. Nice company and customer service. Oh sorry for almost killing me?!?
