  • Wow this place has really changed since I moved in! I have lived here for a couple of years. In 2017 have I seen a lot of great improvements, Im so glad I stuck it out. They have redone the pool, put up custom gates and redid the landscaping. Its gorgeous! Its now being ran by new management because it was bought by a new owner. You can tell the new people running this property care and want to make it better. There are no more bugs, the grounds are really clean and they are continuously working on improvement projects. The thing I love about my unit is it has a private patio and its HUGE!! Cant beat the price for the space and quality of the unit. The office staff is really easy to work with and the maintenance crew are on top of it. Im really impressed in the changes so if this is a place you are considering dont let the negative feedback others left discourage you because things have changed in the last several months. You should come get your unit before the prices start going up! I hope this was helpful :)
