  • I will forever take my car here regardless of pricing. I took my car here once for an oil change because it was in walking distance from my job. Being a woman I've always been taught to be careful going to a mechanic alone and to ignore them when after servicing they tell you you need this this and that. After the oil change Phil let me know I had three nails in one tire and all my tires needed to be replace and that he didn't recommend going on my upcoming trip. He then handed me paperwork. He didn't go over the pricing, he didn't tell me to do it now. He didn't negotiate. He genuinely told me I needed it ASAP and to be careful. Since then, I went back for the tires, and yesterday my brakes. Phil is still great! It pays to just be honest and because of this my husband takes his car to the Firestone by our house. Phil earned this company our respect and furthermore our money
