  • A safe place to geek out I was treated really badly at a comic shop many years ago, so I bought almost everything on Amazon since. I started coming to Phantom of the Attic to get my books signed by local artists. Everyone here has been helpful to me. I can share past comics I have enjoyed and they have given recommendations for new series to enjoy. No condescending behavior or nerdier-than-thou bull, just a group of people who want to share the love of reading comics with others. I like the age range of customers and variety of merchandise available. I always leave with a longer list of Pops, posters, and books to purchase than when I entered. Thanks for making a space where I can proudly and comfortably shop local again.
