  • The whole staff are genuine pet lovers who go the extra mile to provide a positive experience for pets and their owners. I have a rescue dog with a traumatic background and appreciate that the vets at this animal hospital demonstrate a willingness to accommodate to "special needs" pets. The receptionist Lisa graciously reached out to calm and befriend my dog, giving him a guided tour and treats on our "practice visit" to the clinic before we came in for an actual appointment. My large dog will not permit a typical examination and the whole staff coordinates their efforts to provide a successful experience at each visit nonetheless. The vets are caring and knowledgeable...... and we have consistently received an accurate diagnosis and choice of meds.
