  • Came in for first appt to see Andre/PA for a growth on my forehead. He looked at it and asked if I would like to have it removed. I told him I needed additional information, and he told me what it was. Benign and just needed to be frozen off. Once again I asked for additional information and decided to do the procedure. And afterwards I had to ask for him to look for anything else I should be watching, which he should've done on his own. And as a first-time patient and I expect to be given information about anything I am having looked at, as well as be checked over for anything I should be watching that's not asking too much
