This was a pretty solid Italian restaurant in the Venetian! It's a smaller restaurant and I believe that is why the service was on point. Some of these bigger restaurants in Vegas are not dishing out good service. We walked in around 8:30 with no reservations and got seated right away. I took a look at the specials menu and as soon as I read Cavatelli, with turkey sausage and broccoli rabe I was sold. Cavatelli is my favorite pasta and it's something that you may have a hard time finding on menus. They also bring you complementary garlic knots. These knots were so warm and covered in Parmesan cheese. They give you really nice portions so you will not leave hungry. Portions are important to me. If you are spending big money on a pasta dish there better be lots of pasta to go around. Our Italian server was my favorite too! He was very tentative and even brought out a cannoli for dessert. Cannolis are the way to my heart and this was probably one of the best cannolis I have ever had.
