  • I am a renting a home through this company and all the work that has been performed is always half done. The pool service they hire is horrible and I have had algae in my pool for 2 months. Repairs by this management company take forever to complete, and that is if they even get finished. I am surprised this place stays in business. I guess they must be cheap for the owners to hire. I ended up buying a new pool vacuum out of my own pocket because they didn't want to pay for a new one. *****Update on rating from 1 star to 5 stars***** the owner of the Property manager was nice enough to reach out to us and find a solution to our issues, rather than blaming things or people. I appreciate his efforts in getting the work fixed the very next day as well as allowing us to find out own pool service to clean the pool. Great guy, and I appreciate the effort he put forth. Thank you
