  • This place was amazing and I can't believe I hadn't been sooner! Joined two of my friends for dinner and drinks - first off the spiced pineapple rum punch was DELICIOUS - had I not driven, I probably would have had 2-3. With the jalapeño, it's not actually as spicy as I expected. We started with the pimento cheese ball which was so flavorful and I loved the thin crackers it's served with! Definitely a great starter. Next I had the two piece white fried chicken which had the most beautiful, flavorful, somewhat spiced crunchy exterior. The meat was juicy and flavorful. I got the sweet potato dumplings as my side which really just tasted like sweet potato gnocchi. -I wish they had some type of dipping sauce on the side with these. Something like brown sugary... Loved the food and the atmosphere, I'd definitely come back with a group and share more dishes/sides to try more.
