  • Never had Japanese cheesecake before so hard to compare. Very light and fluffy, mild in taste and sweetness. Lasts hella long I had one cake in the fridge over a week, almost two. Best served at room temperature. Too warm and it's too soft. Too cold and it's very dense and cake like. It was nice of them to let me sample a piece before I bought it. Pricey. I will have to check out the other Japanese cheesecake joint, uncle something.
