  • If I could give zero stars I would. I went to do the car wash. Saw a car in the exit area (this will be important later). Pulled into the car wash and stopped where it said stopped. Next thing I know the car wash machine goes around my car and hit my car and stopped. I went inside and asked for assistance. He was rude but said he could help after he helped his customers. I patiently wait. He said he couldn't refund for my full $10 car wash because I hit his car wash and said I'm going to make him lose customers. Confused I reminded him his car wash hit my car. I waited for the police. The same guy who was in the exit pulled to the exit again and I saw what he must've been doing when I arrived. Fixing the car wash and told me that I hit his car wash because I didn't know what I was doing. I've been in a car wash 1,000 times and never had that happened. Police explained it was a civil matter and I would need to go to small claims court. These guys are running a scam. Career criminals. Don't go here or you will be scammed.
