I sent a Federal Express for Saturday delivery and it was delivered on Saturday morning. When the guest came on Sunday they never gave it to him and indicated that it wasn't in their system. I left a message on Monday when receiving was open again and still haven't heard back. Also spoke with the front desk who seem less than concerned. So, if you are relying on them for business travel and are sending things for your meeting, I would be hesitant. The only time I have had this much difficulty for a business Fed Ex and the hotel (not a weather issue) was in a small town in Italy, I expect a lot more from a US hotel in a large city that probably caters to business travelers. A couple of years ago we looked at this hotel for a long trial, fortunately the case settled.
