I do not typically purchase vehicle from dealerships because no matter what I say I want or no matter when I tell them I will be ready to purchase they always seem to believe they can make me leave with a car that day. Negative. I told Tony "D" that I was just looking but I came to sit in the backseat of a LaCrosse I saw online. Before speaking with him I had already looked the car over on the lot, no one came out to greet me which made me very happy. When I am ready to buy, I go find help. Tony was attentive and payed close attention to what I told him. I told him I was not ready to buy and he offered me a test drive at my convenience and left it at that. I went back to work and kept thinking about the car and how no one tried to make me buy something. I came back and purchased the vehicle. The no nonsense, take it or leave it way of doing business resonated with me. When it came down to the actual transactions they were very transparent, direct, and 30 minutes later I had a new vehicle for a price that very very fair. This is the best sales experience I have ever had at a dealership. Listen to the customer and they will buy from you... But Tony already knows that.
