  • Made an appointment 3hrs ahead of time and showed up 5 minutes early. I had to wait over 20min before being seen, and then the aesthetician hasn't even started setting up. She finally tells me the wax will take an hour to melt, so I can either reschedule or wait! 37min after my appointment time I am walking out with nothing to show for it. What a waste of time - they need to get their act together!
