  • The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I usually go to the Gilbert store, but I was in this plaza last night and decided to check it out. I had been in the Gilbert store earlier, so I knew there was a 50% coupon off clearance. I picked out 12 clearance items, and went to ring up. Stephanie was the only cashier and took over 10 minutes to ring up the person in front of me. She wasn't friendly to her and kept looking at me, with what felt like a dirty look. There was a manager up front closing registers, and an angry lady came in saying someone hadn't given her a coupon, so the manager took her. She also kept looking over at me, but never once gave me a smile or anything. Finally it was my turn, and Stephanie didn't smile, greet me or anything. I smiled and said "hi!" And she just looked at me. I asked about the coupon and she said, "Do you have it with you?" I did have it in my email but was like, "do I need it? It's posted everywhere, that it's an additional 50% off." She got snotty with me and was like, "well....I guess...." And kept hesitating. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to use it. YES. YES I AM SURE. It was so strange. I offered to help bag, so as she scanned them, I took off the hangers and folded them. Instead of gently handing them to me or folding them over, she was aggressively flinging them towards me. I was shocked. She was SO rude and I felt uncomfortable by how clearly she didn't want to be there, helping me. After I paid, I had to ask for a receipt, and she rolled her eyes and printed it for me. I went back 20 feet into the store to say goodbye to an old friend I had bumped into (Valerie in ladies, who is AMAZING) and when I came back up to leave, Stephanie loudly "whispered" to her manager, "That's her!" They both watched me walk out, neither one saying goodbye or to have a nice night, and when I glanced back from the parking lot, they were still watching me and talking. It was bizarre. I will never return.
