I am waiting still (3 weeks now) to hear back from Liz Holling, adjustment person at Chubb.com where my claim #77142738 was filed after their insured SMASHED into my car when he decided to JUMP out of line at Starbucks to NOT get coffee. He tried to get me to let him pay me cash, but refused any medical treatments ( i had TWO chiro visits). He is/was insured by Bankers Standard Insurance company which also calls themselves Willis Personal Lines at 16220 N Scottsdale Road. #600. Which also goes by www.Chubb.com where Ms. Holling is employed. I seem to have no recourse but to call my own company and then fight this company with my company. Seems super unfair and illegal so I'm going to scream about it and write about it until my issue is resolved.
update once I complained on social media and Yelp chub corporate sprung into action apologized for the lack of response from their employees and handled me immediately within two weeks my claim was handled I have a check in my hand and guess what I decided not to fix my BMW after $3000 of this #%^* banged me in the Starbucks parking lot I just bought a brand new car thanks Chubb!! (I was going to let him just pay for the repair cash until he told me I didn't deserve to have two chiropractic appts, he didn't hit me that hard)
