  • I love Thai massage and booked a reservation for couples massage online through their booking system. I followed up with a phone call to make sure I had an appointment and spoke with a very rude woman who; 1. Kept challenging me about the validity of my online appt 2. Hung up on me accidentally then called back to try and get my credit card information. Originally she told me I would be sent a secured email link to pay for my services, then she demanded I pay upfront over the phone or settle "to just walk in" and maybe be seen! I may have given her my card if she wasn't so rude and unprofessional. I need a massage for the stress of trying to book here. Fact: A real spa will not behave like a desperate massage parlor. Fact: If someone walks on your trust at hello, don't let them walk on your spine.
