  • I just called and spoke with Patrick, General Manager and when I described that we needed another company to come out to complete a new HVAC system install job he just said he would prefer not to take the job and assumed the equipment wouldn't match a coil that's needed. It's unclear how he could make this assumption. I mentioned to him the equipment does match and we are trying to have this job completed as soon as possible however, he just without even obtaining all of the information, said he would not take the job. I don't think that was good business sense. They could have even come out and taken a look at what we have and what we needed prior to making that determination.
