  • This is about BUMC's Radiologic Oncology Department. Yesterday, I completed a course of 34 radiation treatments as part of my treatment plan following removal of a golf ball-sized squamous cell tumor in the right side of my face. For the past 7 weeks, I visited the department 5 days a week. The entire staff made this process as painless as possible. The whole group was friendly, caring, and devoted to outstanding customer service and patient care. The whole staff was professional and knowledgeable. Special mention and huge thanks go to Dr. John Kresl, Physician's Assistant Jamie, nurses Marla and Barbara, therapists Karen, Lori, Debbie, Kassandra, Kayla, and Will. I hope you never have to go through this process, but if it should happen, you would be well advised to request treatment at Banner University Medical Center.
