  • Went to Carbone for a friends birthday. We rented out the private dining room for a few hours. The staff helped us pick a custom pre coursed dinner. When we arrived they had printed personalized menus reading "Happy Birthday ____". The food was fantastic (the spicy rigatoni was my personal favorite). When the waitstaff brought out the cake we had delivered earlier in the day, they sang happy birthday in Italian which was awesome. The staff was professional and kind. Overall we enjoyed the experience and will be coming back!
