  • BUYER BEWARE, EXCHANGE NIGHTMARE!!! We made it very clear at the beginning that we "may" be back for an exchange because I have not found a mattress I can sleep 100% comfortably in the past 10 years that's why I wanted all the exchange/refund details upfront. After purchased a 2k mattress in July, given 90 days (half of time we didn't even sleep on to be honest) we both still wake up in pain every morning and being 8 months pregnant it's just a nightmare so we finally decided to go back for an exchange. First the lady suggested us not to exchange but to buy a topper so we don't feel as hard to sleep on, but if I would want a topper why would I purchase a 2k mattress at the first place? I could just buy a cheap bed and a quality topper called it a day. No, thanks. Then she said we can't exchange for something cheaper. WHAT?! I don't see anything on your fine print says you can't exchange for something cheaper but it did stated you can't exchange "promotional price" - Ok guys, so there goes the trick. This place is on sale 24/7 all year long, everything here is a promotional price, and this is how they get you. Then they said they have to call the corporate see what they can do to get our difference refund (bla bla bla this car dealer game we are all aware right?) No one called back after 2 days I called them back. They said they can't give any difference back, we are talking about $300-$400 here!!??!! NO refund in difference whatsoever!! Darrick then said because the pillows we purchased was a really low price.....?? What is this has to do with the pillows?!!!! We are talking about the mattress here!! When we purchased mattress and pillows they are two different items on the invoice not as a bundle, please don't try to fool anyone here. And it goes on, when we made the purchase it was a tax free deal, now they want to charge us for tax... If we never paid tax at the first place, why are we entitled to pay tax at exchange?!!! This is a completely BS! Honestly I didn't want to buy the mattress locally because I had a bad experience with tempurpedic 7yrs ago and ever since I have made all the purchases with online company, such as purple, Saatva, us-mattress, never had any issue. Honest and upfront with their policy. I really wanted to give local business some support since we are business owners ourselves too, but again. This place just proof me wrong again. I'm sure Darrick made his commission this time because we can't get our price difference refund and exchanged for a lower price mattress but I will make sure everyone we know never go there. This is a terrible experience I do not want to put anyone through.
