  • A seller's review: Danny and his team are incredible. My wife lost her dad and had to sell a distressed property quickly and at a distance. Of all the realtors we spoke with, Danny had the most practical plan that got us the best return possible with the least amount of additional stress. With his contacts and marketing savvy, a property that most realtors were claiming would either require work or sit on the market for months had several competing bids in the first 8 hours of going up. We got a far better than expected return, and were able to close quickly and move on to more important things. Most importantly, though, was that when Danny and his team were juggling multiple sales of much, much higher priced homes, they were always available, always on top of our business, and always incredibly kind to us during a rough time. Our little sale seemed just as important as any other to Danny, and for that we'll always be grateful. Myriad deserves all the success it gets. Simply the best agent and team we've ever worked with.
