I was tracking my package that I had ordered online and had noticed that the delivery date was going to be on a day when no one was home. I had called Purolator to see if they can either come and deliver my package a different date or if I could come and pick it up. The lady I had spoken to over the phone said they cannot change the delivery date and that someone had to be there, THEN HUNG UP ON ME. They basically wasted their time only to tell me to contact them for further instructions on where to pick up my parcel since they were unable to deliver my package...right...because I said no one would be home. When I called back since they said to contact them, the person over the phone was so rude and unhelpful. Worst customer service ever!
