  • I'm a customer here at Durango AH, and of course I've been to plenty of vets yet still can't find the perfect place, sadly. I came to get my babies shots in today, and I was here 15 minutes before they close and they were ALREADY closed. I would've been here earlier but between having to work an 8 hr shift and having to go to school part time, it just doesn't cut it. So my question is, if it says that it's open from a certain time to a certain time, why wouldn't you live up to that expectation ? In that case just change your closing hours to 7:45 pm. It's 8:01 pm right now, could've been done with his shots. On March 16th, 2018 at approximately 7:45 pm, I was neglected service. Thank you !
