  • I would give zero stars if I could. This place was AWFUL. My husband and I checked in late after booking the room online. There was no front desk attendant for about a half hour, he was running late leaving the security guard (about 60 years old) shuffling around the papers trying to figure out how to check us in. While I was waiting an old man came in and told the security guard there was a suspicious man outside, who didn't LOOK like a guest (I'm guessing because my husband is a 6"3 Mexican). I let him know that was husband and he got quiet and walked away. Once in the room, it smelled like a nursing home, or cabbage. Check out is at 10 and since we got in so late I asked for a late check out which I had to be transferred 3 times to get an approval. And I'm not even sure why. The housekeeping was SO loud next door, banging dishes and screaming at each other. Even if they had been remotely considerate of the people next door, the walls are so thin I could hear the rustling of them changing the garbage bags. Just awful.
