  • Doug: I wrote my negative review in December 2017 and you are now responding 5 months later, WOW! This is the problem, your company really doesn't give a darn. If someone had contacted me at the time of my complaint with some sought of a solution, I would have felt differently. It's called "good business". Since I left, I have lost 15 lbs. through a personal trainer who does know what he is talking about and good eating habits. Your co workers go on Fox 5 and preform well on commercials on TV but what a bunch of unscientific bull they throw out to consumers. Again, it would have been a much different story if your staff had paid attention and had gotten in touch with me in a reasonable period of time. Very Disappointed!
