  • Okay on my second visit to Posh Nail Boutique I came in with no appointment (maybe I should have called) and I wasn't in any rush. I requested to have my eyebrows done the woman that greeted me was very friendly and I appreciate her honesty wholeheartedly. The only problem with this visit was the woman who does eyebrows was out for lunch. I said I understood and said I wouldn't mind waiting for her to come back. The woman that was there called and spoke with the girl who does eyebrows and then turned to me and said that she had not left the wax on so I would have to wait an hour for it to heat up as well. At the end of the day I'm a patient person who doesn't mind waiting at all (SEE THE RIGHT ANGLES HAIR DESIGN REVIEW) But when it comes to business you should be prepared appointment or not for a customer. Leaving the wax off is not being prepared especially if your business does waxing. *NOTE* My rating is based on Eyebrow Waxing. Unfortunately I do not get my nails done. EVER. So please keep in mind when reading my review for this location that it is solely based on my experience with waxing and waxing ONLY.
