  • The office manager is not helping and very rude. She kept saying that we patients don't know about their business and that the Doctor has the rights to do whatever they want without telling his patients about the charges since the doctor doesn't know anything about the charges. She also said the Doctor is right when he charged his patient around $300 for 15 minutes visit and $257 for endoscopy. This is more like you call a plumber and the plumber is charging you plumber crimp tool. Then, the plumber tells you the wrong diagnosis and didn't fix the problem. If you need to see an ENT doctor, maybe you can try Dr. Mendelson.
