  • I love the Real Fruit in Scarborough and needed to try this downtown location as well, just one floor below Cineplex. Considering its prices and quality independently, I'd say that I have found my favourite bbt place in d/t Toronto! They have an all-day house special for black milk tea. A small with tapioca sets you back only $1.99. I found out that the house special can come in all sizes, and the price listed is for a small. A medium black milk tea would be around $3.50. Also note that other places usually only have two sizes for drinks, but they have small, medium and large here. Medium is usually what is considered large, and the large...see it for yourself! You better be thirsty! The bubbles were cooked perfectly, chewy and not overly sweet. The tea had good flavour as well, not diluted. My boyfriend enjoys their mango diamond drink which is a mango slushie with mango chunks. They are very generous with the mangoes so you won't be complaining about lack of flavour! You will see fresh fruit decorating the counter which is awesome. Powdered fruit drinks are not the way to go. They also have a stamp card, and non-house special drinks are eligible for a stamp. UPDATE: March 2016 -- prices have increased by $0.50
