  • Customer since Feb 2013. Installation went well and the equipment is great. Unfortunately their response time is unacceptable. I just had my 3rd alarm drop - all 3 were caused by high winds that triggered the sensors. Each time the security response was so slow that my house would have been cleaned out by the time they arrived. What good is having an alarm system if it takes 1/2 hour to respond to the alarm? They don't even dispatch anyone unless they reach you by phone and you approve it. I can't recommend this company to anyone.
