  • This is the absolute worst company to deal with. To start with I reserves a full size car which stated Ford Fusion or similar. I pulled up to the counter and the lady who I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. This lady kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't want and when I told her I'm not interested in any of the extras she became even more rude. This lady has no business in the customer service industry anywhere. The car they gave me was unacceptable to me and I asked for a full size Japanese or American car which they said they didn't have but that they could put me in a Chrysler 300 for $200 more even though online it showed $100 more. After going back and forth with this rude lady for over an hour I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was also not very helpful and I finally just asked him to cancel my reservation. Once I asked to cancel my reservation then magically the manager had a Toyota Camry for me. I took the car and when I got in noticed the car windows were filthy from the inside but at this point I was sick of arguing and dealing with them so I just took the car. Trust me you do not want to deal with this company. Very unprofessional and the price is not worth the headache. I will gladly pay more and rent from a more reputable company.
