  • We are fairly new to the complex, but really like them so far. We went with the platinum 2×2 and its a really nice lay out. The tile and wood flooring are great! We were surprised at how large the kitchen was and nice the appliances were upon move in. Since we could only see the model of a one bedroom beforehand. But when we were able to see it we were so excited! The bathrooms are nice and showers too, maintenance seems on top of it and nice, office lady was nice and helpful. They answer they're phone which is a plus coming from another complex that was impossible to contact. You get to paint an accent wall so we chose the smoked turquoise and its really pretty. They have in unit laundry which is awesome! I only have a few complaints about this place. One being we found a couple little roaches in the kitchen, my guess is because it was vacant for a while beforehand, now there's food and stuff around. Nothing too bad though. A second being the hot water doeant seem to last too long. Other than those, we be had a pretty good experience and really enjoy the neighborhood and that there kids actually playing and people walking there dogs. Feels like an actually community.
