  • Extremely poor communication between store and their drivers. I called 2 times to give them specific instructions to not call the recipient, and to call the person who purchased the flowers, if the recipient was not home. Call was brushed off driver never contacted me even after they contacted recipient. If you're looking for a solid delivery with specific instructions and banking on good results look somewhere else.
