  • In June I got a female exam and a few other test. They never got back to me with the results. After a month and a half I called them back to ask what was up and they gave me all my results over the phone. Then I had to remind them I had my female exam as well, to which they were like, "Oh! There is something wrong there and we need to give you meds." After the said they would send the prescription to my local pharmacists, I asked to be able to see the doctor again because I'd been having another problem. They hooked me up with an appointment. I went to the appointment and got a prescription for my most recent problem and then went to the pharmacist to get that prescriptions filled for both my exam in June and my most recent exam they told me they did not have the prescription for the exam I had had in June. So I called them one day and I was put on hold until it hung up on me. I called them a few days later and was asked to give them a phone number to get back to me. No call. I went away for a week and tried to call them back again when I came home. I was told they didn't put it in because they thought the doctor would prescribe it on my last appointment.... AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT OUT IMMEDIATELY right before I made the appointment. So I called today, again, because it hadn't gone in. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back to the phone and said, "We'll send it today," and then promptly hung up on me. We'll see if it goes through or not. Safe to say, I will NOT be going back to Dr. Sameera A. Sbaih, MD. The doctor, herself, is super wonderful, which is the only reason I give this place 3 stars. Good doctors are hard to find in NV. But they are a mess in the office and super impolite. And I need to know when I am sick, when I am sick. Not a month later. And I would like to be able to treat myself for my sickness when I am told I have it. Overall, not worth it.
