  • This store repeatedly causes me to question why I give Starbucks my money. I can be the only person in line in the store, with seven (literally, seven) people behind the counter, and yet the average wait for coffee for me is 8 minutes. When I use the app to pre-order coffee and it tells me hat the wait is, I time my arrival to arrive 1-2 minutes AFTER the waiting period given and I still have to wait 5 minutes for my coffee to be prepared. The standard line for people inside the store seems to be "sorry about the wait." These guys need to get their rhythm down re: interior (versus drive-thru) or else they need to go to a smaller "drive thru only" location. It's gotten to the point that I can drive to a location that's 3 miles further away and still get faster coffee.
