  • My husband bought me a beautiful Swarovski necklace and the chain was too small. I went to Fast Fix and bought a "chain extender" for $20.00 - well, the extender is too heavy for the delicate chain and keeps sliding down/turning so that is falls next to the pendant. I went back and asked for a refund and they refused! Reason - a health violation! Because it was touching skin - uh yeah - I guess you can't return anything there that "touches skin" - Ridiculous and Frustrated! Never going here again!!
