  • I don't enjoy buying cars (I'm assuming I am not in the minority here). However, this weekend I bought a car- and it was a GREAT experience. I'd been searching online for a specific vehicle through Edmonds.com and they had a link to one at Earnhardt Scottsdale Lexus that was in my price range. I emailed them late on Thursday night and received a call the next morning from Heather- such a great start! She was pleasant and helpful, offering to make an appointment for a test drive and answering several of my initial questions. We arrived an hour before the dealership closed and were referred to David, who was such a great guy to work with. He was very knowledgable of Lexus (I was a first time buyer), kind and personable but not pushy (they do exist, apparently!) He worked with our individual quirks and requirements and made the whole processes simple and even a bit fun. Cleva, the numbers guru was a pleasure to work with also- I've never been happier to sign my money away. If you need a team of good, straight talking people to buy a car from go here and ask for David Bader- he seriously cares about his customers and isn't afraid to show it.
