  • Very prompt first arrived right at the scheduled window time (a first for me when waiting for a serviceman!) I had concerns that my older AC might have problems this summer and yes they do charge to come out and diagnose. 69.95 contracted by SRP.. Anyway found nothing wrong and gave me some advice. Prompt, friendly did tell me about their service plans. Cleaned up after checking (vents) located above the ceiling in bathroom. Maybe too early to tell as this is my first place but so far happy. Note to others Definitely helps to have ceiling fans in your home if you live in S. AZ. How does anyone live with out them I don't know. Update as much as I would like to use them I did find another place that charges less soo IDK. Still very prompt and friendly and cleaned up after they left.
