  • When I first went to HPF, I knew exactly what I wanted. I dropped in to see if they carried Coaster Furniture and they did. I gave the name of the dining set to Randall and he looked up the item and yes they did have what I wanted. He was able to get an approval to match the price of the same item that I wanted with that of Overstock.com. YAY! I am so far very pleased with the service I received from Randall and I also spoke with Barbara. They are very nice people. I am now awaiting my set to be delivered in 3 days! The staff in this store know what "good customer service" really means. "WAY-2-GO" Randall and Barbara!! I will return. I recommend this store highly. Charlotte
