rev:text	We have been customers of America's Tire/Discount Tire for many years. Clearly, we continue to come back so we are happy with their products and service. Being new to Las Vegas we searched out the nearest location as we needed new tires on one of our cars. Turns out we had a warranty after checking the records, which was a good thing because we had only put 16K on this set and they already needed replacing. Unfortunately, the service advisor at this location named Mark, said there wasn't a warranty (although the manager Matthew had no problem finding it later); good thing we had the paperwork. This was the beginning of a very unpleasant interaction with Mark wherein we asked to speak to a manager but was told no that was not possible. When they sent the customer satisfaction survey my husband was honest about unhappy he was with the whole experience. That's when the manager, Matthew (who was available although Mark wouldn't go get him), apologized, said none of this would have happened had he known about it and said he would refund the items we were charged for inappropriately. I went in the next day and Matthew, who was so professional and so kind and accomodating refunded the money no questions asked. Thank you to Matthew who made a bad situation right. Thanks to Matthew, we will be back because I need tires on my car soon. As long as I don't have to deal with Mark I will gladly continue to come here for all my tires. This facility is very nice, and very clean which is an indication of how well it's run my Matthew.
