I have been to this location several times to fix my phone and my children's iPads. I have also went to other phone repair shops , I have had the nothing but great experiences with this location. The other repair stores have always had issues , one store completely bricked my iPhone & refused to give me any type of options ( I understand I signed a liability form) but Coming from someone who worked at a wireless carrier, I would always help the customer with options. Another repair store fixed the screen and it broke 2 days later with a very short fall to floor. This location attempted for 2 days to fix my phone that was bricked even if they weren't the ones who broke it. They did not even charge me for all the work they put in. Today I was extremely happy and appreciative for the customer service I received. My son broke his screen on his iPad and I dropped it off here on Wednesday and was told it would be ready Thursday, I called to check on it and they advised that they needed to send it to another location due to the fact the main tech was out because his wife gave birth and to come in on Friday. I called and was told to come in at 5. Well it still wasn't ready when I showed up but the tech called his boss ( owner), so he let me know his boss had felt bad for the inconvenience and in return they offered me a free accessory of my choice!! He told me to come back at 630 and when I showed up at 630 it was ready to go. My son was impatiently waiting for his iPad for what felt like a lifetime to him but the tech was so nice to my children and his customer service towards myself and my kids made me so happy. To not only receive a free accessory but the outstanding customer service and him explaining to me how they fell behind and being extremely sympathetic helped me make the decision that I will now be a loyal, returning customer in the future !
