  • I enjoyed a really great lunch, from the food, choice of eating outdoors to the exceptional, prompt and courteous customer service. Front of the house manager Conrad was very knowledgeable with the menu and offered up some good choices. He was very patient, helpful and friendly. Adrian the cook went out of his way to make sure that my meal was delicious and enjoyable. Then to top it off, the manager Colin checked to make sure that everything was ok or if I needed anything. All of them made me feel like I was the only customer at their restaurant. They truly understand the meaning of excellent customer service! Thank you to Colin, Conrad and Adrian at Ribs&Burgers for making my first trip to Downtown Summerlin a great one!!!
