  • Had Gabe out only once when my home warranty guy couldn't, or wouldn't, locate the laundry room clean out. Last week I had another problem, that I thought might involve a roof vent clean out, which I knew my warranty wouldn't cover. Called Gabe. He told me over the phone what my problem was; said he remembered the service call over a year ago, remembered the house, and noted at the time a potential issue--even gave me an approximate cost to repair. I decided to put a bandaid on the problem for the time being, which his analysis made easier. Hey, how's that for having your own personal plumber! Call Gabe. OBTW, the Yelp discount certificate is a great value and easy to do.
